Jo & Mac (Part 2)

Yesterday, 10 of us (the Thai pastor's family, his sister, his brother, his brother's gf, Caroline, two girls from Youth Club and me) woke up before 6am to go for a family outing since it's a public holiday. We packed into the old Isuzu pickup truck and headed for Chiangrai. We went to Maesai, bought quite a lot of cheap snacks for Sunday School, drove up a mountain where the Thai-Burnese border was...literally (we saw the bamboo/wooden fence, the two border camps). The view from the mountain was really good, except that it was getting really cloudy (rain!). After that, we visited my good ol' neighbours from Lopburi!!! It took a lil while...but Jo n Mac warmed up to each other's company n enjoyed themselves...aw...

(1) Mac strangling Jo (just joking...she's a powerful hugger...555!)
(2) The kids n me...
(3) The kids eating their dinner...it was hilarious! Jo is normally quite difficult when it's mealtime. But this time, he had to show that he was 'keng' (good) at eating cos Mac was around...so he worked pretty hard at stuffing his face and chewing his food.
(4) The kids at the back of the pickup truck before we left...Jo was feeding Mac sticky rice...their favourite food. Aw...how sweet. *tsk tsk tsk*
